After a glorious morning flight over the Himalayas, reach Kushok Bakula Rimpochee airport and transfer to your hotel in Leh. After breakfast drive to Turtuk (which is first time opened for the tourist in 2010) which is a place Annexed by India only after the 1971 war.The village's inhabitants still use traditional utensils which are crafted from stone. Explore the village of Turtuk the village offers views of beautiful valley, part of Shyok Valley. On clear days you can have glimpse of K2 mountain peak located across the border in Pakistan. After breakfast drive to pangong lake vai shayok valley. Pangong Lake (alt: 14,500 ft.), largest brackish water lake of Asia, is 4-5 kms wide and about 135 kms long of which two-third portion lies on the other side of the Indo-China border. Enjoy the turquoise color panoramic lake and the sun set on the banks of lake with magnifient mountains. Overnight stay in a cottage /camp at pangong.
